12:00 pm - All Levels - Experience the principles of spiritual centering, breathing, prayer and meditation techniques. Attendees will leave with an understanding of meditation principles and be able to lead their own meditation practice to quiet the mind. Progressive exposure to deeper levels of peace and understanding as we embrace acceptance, truth, spiritual energy, and self transformation with the universe of oneness. Location

Private sessions can be conducted in person or via webcam. When you schedule your private webcam class you will be given a passcode to enter the session. Fees for one-on-one in-person classes are based on distance. Please email all fee schedule inquiries to bliss@blissinme.com. Then click on "Buy Now" below to pay for a session.
